The Construction And Practice Of Classified Talent Cultivation System Of Urban Rail Transit Vehicle Direction Based On Cdio

According to the idea of CDIO engineering, this paper, through the cooperation of school enterprise, combines the curriculum content and the practical training, allowing students to participate in different levels and types of research projects as well as technology competitions under the supervision of the instructors, which satisfies the requirements of students with different targets, needs and capabilities so that it helps realize classification of talent training. Developing the innovation capability, personal skills, teamwork capability and system-engineering capability of students, it improves the application of outstanding engineer's plans on vehicle engineering. It achieved ideal output through teaching practice, which reveals the feasibility and advancement of classification of talent training on vehicle engineering under the idea of CDIO.
