Study On Preparation Of Fe Nano-Powder By Seal Circulation Hydrogen Reducing

The FeOOH were prepared by chemical precipitation taken FeSO4 center dot 7H(2)O and NaOH as raw materials. The FeOOH particle size was 10-30nm. The reaction conditions were the concentration of FeSO4 solution 0.1mol center dot L-1, NaOH solution 4 mol center dot L-1, the dropping rate of NaOH solution 50 ml center dot min(-1), the reaction temperature 20 degrees C, the pH value of the reaction end 12, the stirring rate 900 r center dot min(-1), ageing time was 1 hours. The Fe nano-powders was prepared by seal circulation hydrogen reducing FeOOH nano-powder at 500 degrees C. The Fe particle size was 40-80nm.
