摘要
•The main bioactive components of yellow extract (YE) were identified.•This is the first report that ultrahigh-pressure extraction (UPE) has increased the yield of YE.•Compared with ultrasonic and traditional extraction, the yield of YE in UPE was dramatically increased.•High temperature, alkali, Fe3+, and ultraviolet radiation greatly affected the stability of YE.
