摘要

•An NIR fluorescent probe (DDAG) was developed to sense glutamyltranspeptidase.•Bacteria were imaged based on the sensing of endogenous γ-GGT.•Using DDAG, a high-throughput assay for γ-GGT activity was established.•Potential inhibitors were obtained using high-throughput screening system.
