Spatial distribution of genetic values of Nelore breed in Brazil

•Genetic values of 1,462,485 Nelore animals in Brazil were evaluated.•Three cluster for weight traits, five for carcass quality, four for reproductive traits and five for accuracy were formed.•The clusters showed good distribution across the country, highlighting the best clusters of each type.•Discrimination was seen between environments for beef cattle at pasture, depending on climatic conditions.
