摘要

•Rocksalt-structure (AlCrFeNiMn)O high entropy oxide (RA-HEO) films were designed for the first time by sputtering deposition.•RA-HEO films exhibit room temperature ferromagnetic order.•The magnetic exchange of magnetic cations induced RT ferromagnetic of RA-HEO film.
