摘要
This study was conducted under field conditions to determine the effects of Rhizobium leguminosarum, whey powder and nitrogenous fertilizer treatments on nodulation and yield components of forage pea (Pisum sativum L.). Experiments were conducted in randomized blocks split plots experimental design with 3 replications. Experimental treatments included control (without any treatments), Rhizobium leguminosarum (R), whey powder (WP) and nitrogenous fertilizer (N) treatments. Rhizobium leguminosarum-inoculation increased total number of nodules: Rhizobium leguminosarum-inoculation, whey powder treatments and combined treatment of nitrogenous fertilizer and bacteria inoculation significantly increased nodule weights. The greatest number of pods was obtained from single nitrogenous fertilizer treatments, combined treatment of bacteria and whey powder and combined treatment nitrogenous fertilizer and whey powder. The greatest grain yield was obtained from combined treatment of nitrogenous fertilizer and whey powder followed respectively by combined treatment of bacteria inoculation and whey powder and combined treatment of nitrogenous fertilizer and bacteria inoculation.
