Effects Of A Single Dose Of Methylphenidate On Saccadic Eye Movements In Adults With Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (Adhd)
BIOLOGICAL PSYCHIATRY(2018)
摘要
Oculomotor tasks have been used to investigate executive functions and frontal-striatal functioning in humans, but there are relatively few studies on saccadic eye movements (SEMs) in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methylphenidate (MPH) is an effective treatment for ADHD symptoms. We therefore evaluated SEMs before and after administration of a single MPH dose.
