Escape Room "coronavirus COVID-19" in Primary Schoolchildren

In recent decades there has been an increase in the perception of traditional schooling as ineffective. The objective was to improve nutritional habits and body competence for student health. Under an Action-Research (I-A) design, a Room exhaust was developed. 93 schoolchildren from the Island of Fuerteventura participated (48 boys and 45 girls (M +/- DE; 10.65 +/- 0.71). The escape room favors improvements in healthier eating behaviors and body competence for the health of Primary Education students. The educational context in cooperation with the family environment, it can contribute to the integral development of the student body.
