Impact of COVID-19 on mental health: Effects on screening, care delivery, and people with cystic fibrosis

•We report on the impact of COVID-19 on mental health in cystic fibrosis (CF).•Rates of depression and anxiety screening in CF centers dropped substantially.•Moderate-severe depressive symptoms were found in 12% of people with CF.•Moderate-severe anxiety was found in 13% of people with CF.•Access to psychological interventions increased during the pandemic via telehealth.
