摘要
Section of mglur6b:EGFP transgenic zebrafish retina. Retinal anatomy is visualized by BODIPY staining (magenta). Transgene expressing cells (green) are located in the inner nuclear layer and in the ganglion cell layer. In the inner nuclear layer, cells with typical bipolar and amacrine cell localization and morphology are labeled. Staining of the nerve fiber layer confirms transgene expression in retinal ganglion cells. Volume 524, Number 12, pages 2363–2378. CONTENTS
