摘要
•Directional lamellar Ti porous material has been prepared with the TiH2 to overcome oxidation and sedimentation .•Reducing the freeze temperature or increasing the solid content, the porosity , wall and pore thickness changed.•Directional lamellar structure provides a strong mechanical (60–286 MPa) than that at same porosity with other process.•Increase of wall thickness and volume fraction, decrease of micro-pores probably induce a better mechanical property.
