Multi-pesticide residues analyses of QuEChERS extracts using an automated online μSPE clean-up coupled to LC-MS/MS

Introduction Pesticides are widely used to control pests worldwide, so crops, feed, and food products are routinely tested for the presence of pesticide residues and to check for compliance with permitted Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs).1,2 Given the globalization of the food supply, the large number of different pesticides used, and the many samples to be analyzed, robust, accurate, reproducible, and cost-effective multiresidue methods allowing the reliable analysis of hundreds of pesticides in a single experiment and in many different sample types are required.
