摘要
•In clinical practice, it was found that MS is associated with autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA).•Currently, fewer drugs are approved for the treatment of MS, and the options are very restricted. However, SLE and RA have been at the forefront in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, with many drugs having passed animal studies and clinical trials and being approved for marketing.•Using bioinformatics tools, a comparative study of susceptibility genes and drug target genes of MS, SLE, and RA was performed from the perspective of common pathogenic genes, aiming to provide new reference concepts for the treatment of MS, SLE, and RA.
