Dry Emission Control Technology for Glass Melting Furnace by Plasma-Chemical Hybrid Processing.

摘要
In order to use continuously combustion equipment for fossil fuels as a sustainable energy source, there is a high need for low-cost and energy-saving exhaust gas treatment for NOx, SOx, and suspended particulate matter. Among various researches, in recent years, the plasma hybrid exhaust gas treatment technology proposed by the authors is not a method of using plasma treatment alone, but a method of combining it with a chemical process such as chemical solution scrubber to clean exhaust gas. It is a novel processing technology that can reduce the plasma energy significantly. This paper reports and application result of glass melting furnace exhaust gas treatment among the practical results of the plasma chemical hybrid process (PCHP) technology.
