摘要

•Several mouse monoclonal antibodies against SARS-CoV-2-NP were newly developed.•The chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay for SARS-CoV-2-NP detection was established with a monoclonal antibody pair.•The proposed CLEIA presented an excellent linearity for the measurement of SARS-CoV-2-NP ranged from 0.1 to 160 μg/L.
