With the development and progress of blockchain, its application scenarios are becoming more and more extensive. And in the development of crowd-sensing, how to get high quality sensing data and how to motivate enough users to participate is the urgent problem at present. This article is based on the existing technology, with the help of distributed ledger, crowd-sensing, incentive mechanism and other concepts, combined with collaborative tasks to achieve incentive mechanism, which can effectively solve the problem of platform centrality and realize decentralized operation. At the same time, smart contracts on the blockchain can be executed to realize complex logic, thus solving the shortcomings of the current incentive mechanism. This paper can be applied to smart city noise sensing scenario, and combined with blockchain technology, it can realize decentralized storage of data security and distributed implementation of incentive mechanism.
