摘要

•Heterojunction diodes based on p-type Mg(OH)2 were fabricated for the first time.•Cu-doped Mg(OH)2 with p-type conductivity was deposited by electrochemical deposition.•pn junctions were fabricated with n-type ZnO deposited by electrochemical deposition.•ZnO/Cu-Mg(OH)2 heterojunctions showed clear rectification properties.
