摘要
The rapidly increasing penetration of distributed generations (DGs) brings new challenges to the planning and operation of distribution networks. It is of great significance to assess the capacity of distribution networks to accommodate DGs. In this paper, a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model is proposed for the hosting capacity (HC) assessment of distribution networks. The employment of the linear formulations can ensure that the obtained solution is near global optimal. In the proposed model, the coordinated optimal operation of on-load tap changer (OLTC), voltage regulator, switchable capacitor bank (SCB) and static VAr compensator (SVC) is incorporated. Moreover, the voltage-independent characteristic of loads is also considered. The simulation conducted on the IEEE 33-bus system tests the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.
