摘要
•Revealing the temperature-dependent PL properties of MAPbI3 ultrathin films with long-term stability and high quality.•Showing the phase transition of MAPbI3 ultrathin films from tetragonal one to orthorhombic one at 118 K.•Demonstrating that PL is more sensitive than XPS to detect trace MAPbI3-like materials with strong luminescence properties.
