Image-based Discovery of the Coupled Schrodinger Equations

摘要
Recently, deep learning has proven to be a powerful methodology for uncertainty quantification for a vast number of physical systems. Generally, partial differential equations are used to describe these physical phenomena. Since the system of coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations, which plays an important in physics and modern communication technology. Therefore, in this work, we used a deep learning method to discover the numerical solutions of the systems, to help us better understand the physical world, and to promote the rapid development of current communication technology. Additionally, numerous numerical experiments are conducted to exhibit the numerical performance of the method, and which shows the deep learning method to solve partial differential equations (PDEs) is greatly important for the uncertainty quantification analysis.
