摘要
This article discusses and exposes two different conceptions of continuing education of teachers in Distance Education - EAD, presents the importance of the modality in order to minimize exclusion and provide reflection teachers on pedagogical practices. Alert to the fragmented and emptied training courses, which do not meet the educational reality and disqualify mode. Addresses the mode a critical perspective and points proposed training, which conceives the teacher as subject and helps in building their professional identity.
