Study on histologic chorioamnionitis

Histologic Chorioamnionitis has no symptoms such as fever or abdominal pain,but which has only laboratory abnormalities,which may be occured at any stage during pregnancy.Chorioamnionitis is a very serious complication,which is injurious to health of the maternal and fetal or neonatal,and which has become synonymous of intrauterine infection in recent years,and which has been drawn increasing attention by the obstetrician.At present,it's mechanism has been not fully understood.There are lots of prediction methods,which are reported in literatures both at home and abroad.Histologic chorioamnionitis may be related to premature rupture of membranes and preterm and which is also related to neonatal cerebral palsy.Therefore,the research of histologic chorioamnionitis is considered to have a important clinical significance.
