Inspection of preparation of soft capsules ribavirin and determination

Objective To prepare ribavirin soft capsules and examinate its quality.Methods The orthogonal experiment was adopted to decide the appropriate prescription and preparation technic.The HPLC methods was established for the determination of the dissolution and content.Results The sedimentation volume ratio of the prepared capsules was 0.95,the analysis methods in vitro fit the request,the loaded quantity and resolution fit the pharmacopoeia request.Conclusion The Ribavirin soft capsules was made according to the Chinese pharmacopoeia.
