Par3 regulates the asymmetric division of basal stem cells in psoriasis via the Par3/mInsc/LGN signaling axis

•Asymmetric division is abnormally activated in psoriasis keratinocytes;•More transit-amplifying cells were found in psoriasis keratinocytes;•Exosomes containing Par3 from macrophages induce asymmetric division in keratinocytes;•Par3/mInsc/LGN axis regulates the asymmetric division of the basal stem cells in psoriasis;•This study might provide a basis for the treatment of psoriasis.
