摘要
•Passively Q-switching was generated using BDFL in the 1.3 µm region.•Q-switched lasers were generated using WTe2 and WS2 thin film SAs.•BDFL with minimum pulse width of 8.0 μ s and maximum energy of 13.94 nJ for WTe2 SA.•BDFL with minimum pulse width of 11.2 μ s and maximum energy of 11.36 nJ for WS2 SA.
