STING Mediates Pulmonary Hypertension Through VEGF but Independent of Type I Interferon Signaling
AMERICAN JOURNAL OF RESPIRATORY AND CRITICAL CARE MEDICINE(2022)
摘要
Global absence of STING provided protection against PH development secondary to chronic hypoxia and Bleomycin in mice. However, this protective effect is independent of type I interferon signaling. Interestingly, STING-mediated VEGF expression may play a protective role against PH development.
