摘要
In a cohort of patients with nonmetastatic prostate cancer and early prostate-specific antigen (PSA) progression on androgen deprivation therapy (PSA ≤2 ng/ml), dual-tracer positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) detected metastases in 73% and prostate-specific membrane antigen/18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positivity in 23%. Dual-tracer PET/CT-guided stereotactic body radiotherapy delivered superior local control rates in comparison to androgen deprivation therapy alone and had minimal toxicity.
