摘要
Preclinical and clinical data suggested previously that thrombopoietin-receptor agonists (TPO-RAs) are an interesting therapeutic option to manage patients with immune thrombocytopenias (ITPs) or inherited thrombocytopenias (ITs) in order to normalize their platelet counts in the long term or to optimize in the short term the peri-operative management of surgery.1 The efficacy and safety of this therapeutic option during pregnancy remains to be confirmed.
