POS-365 THE COMPARISON OF URINARY PROTEOME PROFILES BETWEEN CKD PATIENTS WITH PROTEINURIA AND HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS: PRELIMINARY DATA
Kidney international reports(2022)
摘要
Proteinuria (PU) is a major marker of chronic kidney disease (CKD) severity and cardiovascular mortality. The mechanism of CKD progression in patients with proteinuria occurs via tubular toxicity by filtering proteins. Thus, more rapid CKD progression is expected in those patients who have higher levels of proteinuria. However, urinary proteomic profiles may differ among people, that is why there is a possibility of presence of “high-risk candidate” proteomes that might cause rapid progression of CKD.
