摘要

•Bioinformatics technology was used to provide a basis for exploring the mechanism of AlA-PDT in treating cSCC.•Some DEGs after ALA-PDT were found to participate in immune-related biological processes. Signaling pathways involved in the ALA-PDT of cSCC are complex. In addition, ferroptosis has also been found to be involved in this process.
