Impact of Covid 19 on world economy: a hierarchical view

Knowing in advance the regional or individual economic policies for each of the countries is very important for making adequate decisions. At these times when the pandemic caused by COVID-19 has generated very strong negative impacts on world economies, it is very important to identify the regions that can be compared and on which similar decisions can be made. In this work we present a methodology based on hierarchical clusters that allows us to identify these regions and have a general vision of the economic impact caused. Our work is in progress, since it can be compared with other data mining tools, but we consider that it is an appropriate first step to the general economic vision of the pandemic.
