摘要

•Isothermal adsorption-desorption characteristics of silica gel coated adsorber were investigated.•Modified LDF model considering air- and solid-side resistances was derived.•Numerical parametric studies were conducted for evaluating the mass transfer performance.•Moisture transfer strongly depends on kinetic constants, isotherm shapes and thermal boundaries.
