A machine learning based method for automatic differential scanning calorimetry signal analysis

•We propose a machine learning based method to automatically process the DSC data.•The method uses iterative polynomial fitting methods to generate baselines.•It then applies the EMGM model to infer the peaks’ location.•The normal distribution is used to fit the peaks for thermodynamic parameters extraction.•Compared with manually processing, our method is consistent throughout the time.
