摘要
Classical Pulse-width modulation (PWM)-based controllers have been widely studied and applied to different power conversion systems. This is the case of the classical voltage source inverter (VSI), where typical PI-based regulators have been applied over years in both, academy and industry. Additionally, adaptive PI controls have been also proposed in order to ensure better performance under uncertain and time-varying systems with a more simplified control law, as is the case of PI based on passivity. However adaptive control techniques based on PWM still rely on the system model making it sensitive under uncertainties. Model-free predictive control (MF-PC) has gained attention due to its accurate prediction without previous knowledge of the power system. In this study a comprehensive comparison between MF-PC and advanced adaptive based control strategy is carried out to validate the robust performance of MF-PC.
