A Cross-Slot Loaded Miniaturized UWB Vivaldi Dual-Polarized Antenna
2021 International Conference on Microwave and Millimeter Wave Technology (ICMMT)(2021)
摘要
This paper implements a miniaturized ultra-wideband dual-polarized Vivaldi antenna with a simple structure. The antenna adopts the method of loading resistance on the top and opening cross slits on the radiating arm, which reduces the cut-off frequency of the antenna and improves the matching characteristics of the low frequency band. At the same time, a semicircular groove is etched at the bottom to ensure the radiation characteristics of the high frequency band. The final antenna size is 0.26λ × 0.26λ, and the impedance bandwidth of VSWR≤2 is 0.65~10GHz. The antenna gain is -1.7~8.9dBi, among which the gain is -1.7~0dBi between 0.65~0.8GHz due to the antenna size. In the range of 0.8~10GHz, the antenna gain is 0~8.9dBi, and the gain bandwidth can reach 170%. When the two antennas are placed across, the dual polarization antenna with smaller port isolation can be realized.
