Review on the Development of Carbon Transaction in China and Analysis on the Participation Strategy of Electric Power Industry

Carbon emission transaction is an important form of carbon pricing. The construction of carbon transaction market is an important means to solve the climate problem and achieve the goal of carbon neutralization. By combing the development process of China’s carbon transaction market, this paper combs the key elements involved in the carbon transaction market one by one. By analyzing the changes of China’s power structure under the carbon t transaction market, this paper gives an example that the carbon transaction market forces the low-carbon transformation of the power industry, and gives the strategic analysis and development suggestions for the electric power industry to participate in carbon transaction combined with the Carbon neutralization target.
