摘要

Antibiotic guidelines' adherence was poor and positively related to CAP diagnosis level of certainty. The results suggest that improvements in CAP diagnosis may increase adherence to antibiotic guidelines. Clinical trial registered with www.clinicaltrials.gov (NCT01574066).
