摘要
•Thin films of hydrogenated anatase TiO2 are produced by DC reactive magnetron sputtering.•This in-situ hydrogenation method allows tuning the structural properties of the film.•Hydrogen acts as a capping agent, allowing the growth of the {001} facets.•The hydrogenated anatase TiO2 shows improved photoactivity.
