Alloying Sb into all inorganic lead-free CsBi3I10 for improving the crystal growth and photovoltaic performance

摘要
The incorporation of isovalent Sb3+ into all inorganic lead-free CsBi3I10 leads to the improved crystal growth and reduced bandgaps. Solar cells based on Cs(Bi0.7Sb0.3)3I10 yield a champion PCE of 1.54% with a high Voc of 0.81 V.
