摘要

•No significant association between multi-dose iodinated contrast and CA-AKI was found in AIS patients.•Exposure to multiple doses of iodinated contrast in AIS patients does not increase the rate of AKI.•Concern for CA-AKI should not deter physicians from pursuing timely and appropriate advanced neuroimaging of AIS patients.
