摘要

•For the first time, 2D materials have been used in 3 μm solid-state passively mode-locked lasers.•The laser modulation performance of Er:YAP dual-wavelength crystal was studied.•An extremely stable 3 μm passively Q-switched pulse trains with repetition frequency of 466 kHz were realized.
