摘要
•Two types of final ablation morphology were acquired through femtosecond laser processing with different parameters.•Using time-resolved pump-probe system to investigate the mechanisms of femtosecond laser − P3HT ultrafast interaction.•A maximal 2 fold lifetime enhancement of bound polaron pair dissociation was achieved at higher fluences.•A maximal 1.3 fold lifetime improvement of defect trapping was achieved at higher fluences.
