Feasibility Of Prospective End-Systolic Gated Scanning To Assess For Cardiac Allograft Vasculopathy By Coronary Computed Tomography
Journal of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography(2021)
摘要
Introduction: A dual source coronary computed tomography (CCT) scanner with its superior temporal resolution (66 ms) has made prospective gated end-systolic scanning feasible for coronary assessment in patients with high heart rates (HR) despite the use of AV nodal (AVN) blockade (IMAGE). Since 10/2020, our center had decided to non-invasively assess for cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV) by CCT, however due to high HR and minimal response to AVN blockade, all patients were scanned with our established systolic scanning protocol. This study is to determine the feasibility of systolic scanning to assess for CAV when compared to non-transplant patients that have undergone either systolic or diastolic gated scanning.
