Scalable Preparation and Measurement of 2N-dimensional Time-bin States in (2N+1) Mutually Unbiased Bases

We propose (2 N +1) mutually unbiased basis measurement for 2 N -dimensional time-bin states, where the number of devices scales logarithmically with the dimension. We observed average error of only 3.8% for four-dimensional phase bases.
