摘要
This is a unique case of interrupted right-sided aortic arch with an anomalous origin of the left pulmonary artery from the intrapericardial ascending aorta (AAo) and an isolated left subclavian artery supplied by a left patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The potential underlying embryologic basis, diagnostic modalities used, and surgical management are discussed. A single-stage repair was performed safely with a favourable outcome.
