摘要
•Long term subculture resulted in the decrease of proliferation rate and differentiation ability of smooth muscle cells.•Two kinds of plant wire-drawing proteins can be used for smooth muscle cell adhesion, and peanut wire-drawing protein has the best adhesion.•Smooth muscle cells attached to scaffolds can secrete a large number of muscle proteins and extracellular matrix proteins.
