COST-EFFECTIVENESS OF INTENSIVE VERSUS STANDARD BLOOD-PRESSURE CONTROL IN OLDER PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION.
Journal of hypertension(2022)
摘要
In this simulation study, intensive blood-pressure control in the older Chinese population produced fewer cardiovascular events and acceptable costs per QALY gained, commonly below the willing-to-pay threshold. Given the STEP treatment effects in other populations, the cost-effectiveness of intensive blood-pressure control in older patients was likely consistent across different countries.
