The application value of 18 F-Alfatide-RGD PET/CT in the preliminary diagnosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer

To investigate the role of the positron emission tomography (PET) tracer 18 F-Alfatide labeled dimerized-RGD ( 18 F-Alfatide-RGD) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Forty-eight NSCLC patients were retrospectively enrolled. Evaluation of diagnostic test was used to assess the diagnostic performance of 18 F-Alfatide-RGD PET/CT. 18 F-Alfatide-RGD PET/CT showed general consistency in diagnosis and pathologic results of primary foci in lung cancer, and high consistency in detection and pathologic results of patients with lymph node-positive and metastatic lymph nodes. 18 F-Alfatide-RGD PET/CT in the initial diagnosis of NSCLC has a high sensitivity and specificity, contributing to accurate clinical staging and preoperative evaluation.
