Seasonal trajectories of plant-pollinator interaction networks differ following phenological mismatches along an urbanization gradient

•Plant-pollinator network structure changed along an urbanization gradient.•Generalist species had central roles along the gradient throughout the season.•Temporal trajectories of species and interaction diversity differed along the gradient.•Network changes reflected mismatches in plant-pollinator phenology.•We highlight practices to preserve diversity and functionality of plant-pollinator communities.
